First picture shows a 'Straight' and 'Curved' Track Setter connected together and individually
Details of handles and joining method
As reviewed in the 'O Gauge Gazette' - 2014
- Aluminium construction
- Can be interconnected
- With handles for ease of use (to slide along when in place or to remove)
- Maintains gauge
- Maintains track straightness
- Holds track firmly
- All sizes interconnectable
Please notethat the Straight version sits on top of the rails and has milled grooves for the rails, that match the track gauge width. The Curved versions sit down in between the rails.
It is planned to expand this range, both with a longer straight and a wider variety of curves.
Don't forget that once you have laid the first track (as a straight or on a curve) you can accurately lay a second line alongside at the correct spacing by using the Double Line track gauge (Click here to view 7TGF7DOUBLE). This Double Line gauge is adjustable to enable the extra allowance to be made between double tracks when laying on curves.
