Policy on answering emails
We try to keep on top of emails but it is becoming increasingly difficult as the numbers received continue to grow. Please bear in mind that messages relating to matters other than those directly related to orders that have already been placed, may not be looked at for up to a week.
Show Weekends - PLEASE NOTE - Where we are due to attend a show please note that there will be no one around to look at emails after 10am on the Thursday prior to the show until 9am on the following Tuesday.

We are very sorry but we are not able to answer or give advice on 'general' modelling issues. Please refer to one of the Model Railway Forums.
Shop Opening Hours - callers are welcome between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
